Production Resource Group Internship

Position: Shop Operations Intern

My internship at Production Resource Group (PRG) was a huge learning experience. I was able to observe and participate in the behind the scenes prep of many different types of media events. PRG is a worldwide company that specialize in audiovisual equipment for events from Film/TV to Live or Corporate Events. I was able to work in several departments (Camera/ Video, Audio, Lighting) with top professionals where they showed me how the equipment works and how they give it maintenance. I participated in the Intern program where I was able to connect with other interns around the country and I'd attend video conferences and we would share our week to week activities and learning curves. (And I did fairly well on the intern giveaways lol)

It was a great experience to be a part of the PRG team during this time and I gained knowledge that I will definitely use in my future projects.
